Wrapping Up The Reboot (Any Final Feedback?)

I woke up at 3am this morning, left the house at 4am, dropped my sister off at the airport at 4:30am, and crashed back into bed at around 5am.

I’m tired.

But I wanted to let you all know that I’m going to call it a wrap on the reboot so that I can begin to put your feedback into book words…and get the thing written. I’m also ready to start writing some other things that are on my heart.

Any last words of feedback for me on 31 Days to Clean – what you’d like to see in there, what you love, what you don’t like, etc? The whole thing is going to be completely revised and given a new name: Having a Martha House the Mary Way.

I really, really appreciate you so much. Thanks for hanging with me this month.

    I would love to see “themed verses” to meditate on (and possibly memorize) each day: I took the verses that you gave us, wrote them on an index card and taped them above my sink, which is where i spend the most time.  I could usually have them memorized by the end of the day.  I also loved the cleaning tornado section and the Laundry Basket Syndrome post.

    I just wanted to say thank you so much for this series.  While I don’t have an aversion to cleaning, I do tend to give in to the “lazies” far too often.  I found the “Mary” assignments most helpful in submitting to the role our Father has assigned for homemakers.

    Like Leslie I, too get the lazies or tiredness.  It’s not easy getting up at 5:30 AM exercising, getting breakfast, packing lunch, making bed, reading Bible, etc.  You get the idea.    I try to put in some housework–dishes put away & laundry done, but that’s about it for the morning–then head off to work 8-4:30pm.

    I am truly blessed to have a housekeeper who cleans every other week & does floor mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.  Add to that no children & Yes I am blessed! 

    Loved the series!

    I agree – it’s over?!?!  No!  Please continue!!! =)  It was SO helpful for me to have the daily Mary/Martha – AWESOME!  And to know it only takes a little bit each day to get the house in order.  THANK YOU!  And seriously, think about continuing? ;-)
