#HusbandYear (Come join in if your husband is your 2014 word!) - Sarah Mae
Hi, I'm Sarah.
Join me in keeping on and beginning again!

#HusbandYear (Come join in if your husband is your 2014 word!)

So, huh.

It appears that making my husband my word has inspired some others to do the same.

Which is AWESOME!

So hey, how about a link-up?

If you have made (or want to make) your husband your word of the year, leave a link to the post where you declare it! I might even post some challenges along the way for you…what do you say?

Here’s to the blind leading the blind! Oh wait. Well, it’s kind of true. At least the lead part. Heh.

But it’s okay, we can totally stumble through it! You in?!

Link up! And don’t forget to link back here so others can join in!

Love, Sarah Mae

I don’t have a blog to link up but wanted to let you know that you have inspired me to make my husband my word this year. We were married 5 years before having kids and he was my word every one of those years. But with two boys, stay at home mom responsibilities, and us being student pastors so many other things became my word. He had got used to being pushed to the back of the line and getting my attention if there was any left. I have focused on being an amazing mom and forgot the importance of being a great wife. I know it won’t be easy but I am committing to change this. I know I will be a better mom and pastors wife if I am a better Wife. As I type this I can think of a 100 things I could be up doing but I am sitting beside him scratching his back. And I know in my heart that’s what I should be doing:) thanks for allowing God to use you to inspire others.
    Samantha (pastorseth-sistersam@hotmail.com) god bless

I listened to the words of “When I was Your Man”, and started crying when I thought about my husband. (I tear up every time I think of those words.) He doesn’t ask much of me. He just wants to spend time with me and love me. I want to do the same for him. I want to show him that I really, really love and care for him. We’ll be married 35 years in March. My husband is awesome. I do my best to try and tell him how much he means to me on a daily basis. I send him e-cards and buy little gifts for him. This month we will have been married 10 years and I will cook up a special meal for him and just spend time with him.
Praise God every day for putting this wonderful man in my life. I don’t know how I would have handled some of life’s downs without him. He’s been my rock along with Jesus!

I also am making my husband and marriage a priority this year! Thanks for the link-up; it is wonderful to know that I am not alone and I am excited to get ideas from others as well.
