Day 3: Let’s Clean Out the Pantry! #31DaysToClean

Oh sweet pantry, how you hold my food so lovingly.

Okay, so we are cleaning out our pantry’s today! Let’s get to it!

Let’s Do This!

  • Pull everything out. That’s right, all of it. Now, depending on the size of your pantry, this job might take 1/2 hour or two hours.
  • Throw out all the expired stuff. Once that’s done, you can begin to organize and put things away. Make sure to have paper and pen with you to write down any items you are in need of replacing!
  • Doesn’t it feel good to have a clean pantry? I love it!

After Pics!

Today and tomorrow I will have the after pics in the posts right away because I did them early since I will be out of town. As you’re reading this, I’m either on a plane to Colorado or in Colorado with my dear Sally at her Mom Heart conference. I couldn’t have finished today’s and tomorrow’s tasks without the help of my amazing kiddos.

I enabled the help of my darling daughter who LOVES (and asks me) to organize! She did it all folks!

When it comes to cleaning, I don’t care how it gets done, just so long as it gets done. She GOT IT DONE. WOOT!

Your kitchen looks awesome!! Love your 31 Days to Clean series! Here’s the latest declutter post on my site:

Also, I STILL cannot get the book updates on my kindle. But I will not give up!

    • Sarah Mae

I am so sorry! That is so annoying! Did you try amazon customer service? Thanks for sharing your link, will check it out! 🙂

      • Davonne Parks

Nope, that’s my next step! Later today. First… I have a pantry to tackle 😀

  • Charley Gee

When I reorganize my pantry I use it as an opportunity to donate to my local food drive. Do I really need all this tomato soup??? ( just make sure donated products are not expired 🙂

  • Christin

Sweet — my pantry is good (mostly) so I will focus on my fridge today.

  • Bridgette

I am so glad you are doing this right now! I should have my before and afters for today added later this afternoon! 🙂

  • Lezlie Ellis

Checking in today for accountability. Just got home from a photography class (which was super fun by the way) so didn’t get to today’s challenge. Have ladies bible study tomorrow night so both will get done this weekend. My kitchen counters are still clean. That’s a big win!

  • Jessica Martens

Today I was keeping it real…. Pantry tomorrow, then ladies retreat weekend for me!! Follow me along….

  • KimQuinn

I actually cleaned out my pantry last week but still a good reminder to keep it that way 🙂
